(i)Strengthening of BANSDOC (1st Phase: 2001-2007):

Under the above mentioned project BANSDOC has owned a Plot No. E-14/Y consisting of 1.463 acres of land in which 4 storied BANSDOC Administrative Building (BANSDOC Bhaban) including basement with 20 storied foundation constructed at the Administrative Zone, Sher-e-Banglanagar, Dhaka. The total cost of the project was Tk. 955.58 Lakh.

A mobile library, as a project component, has been introduced to provide doorsteps services to its users. The main objectives of this Mobile Library is to provide update information about research and development works and results published in journals and periodicals including text and reference books on different subject in the fields of science and technology in home and abroad as per needs of the scientists, technologists, entrepreneurs, academicians, students and related others persons in Dhaka.

BANSDOC has already commissioned its functioning in the newly constructed office building.
